Snohomish Running Company - Mental Health Runner: Site Led

Welcome to the Mental Health Runner Program! Still I Run and the Snohomish Running Company have partnered together to bring you this 12-week 5K or 10K training program grounded in supporting mental health and well-being. Selected participants will receive a running starter kit including a FREE pair of quality running shoes, a Still I Run moisture wicking t-shirt, and a Forward is a Pace workbook including: Beginner-friendly 5K or 10K training plans Weekly reflection prompts focused on mental well-being Educational insights about the connection between running and mental health Journaling space to track how each run feels A run log to record progress and build consistency This group will meet weekly on Saturdays for 12 weeks, starting July 25th. The training will lead up to the Snohomish River Run on October 15th. Whether you are just starting out, getting back into running, or looking for community, this program is for you!
